Datablaze Device Hosting will give your wireless product a big presence. Your customers will be able to interact with your devices from anywhere in the world using a secure website, any connected PDA, a cell phone, or any touch-tone telephone. Additionally, everything can be private labeled so your customers will only see and hear your company name, logos and contact information. Datablaze can stay quietly behind the scenes if you prefer.


The web interface is simple to use and comes loaded with the features you will naturally want. Device History pages allow you to review all events and transmissions for your devices for any time period. History can be exported to CSV or XML files for use in a spreadsheet or for your own reporting needs. We also give you the option to receive real-time XML data exporting to allow data directly into your server applications.


The web interface also provides a Device List that includes critical Current Status information for each device. Devices are easily grouped and sorted making it even easier to find a particular device. Configuration and Command screens allow you to remotely control and configure any device with ease. You can even schedule commands in advance.

If your implementation includes selling devices to end customers Datablaze provides automated airtime billing services to those end customers. We accept all major credit cards. Our billing system will make your life easier while you focus on your core business. Or if you prefer, Datablaze can provide your company with a single bill and your company can handle its own airtime billing for your individual customers.

Datablaze Event Notifications systems will keep your customer's in close touch with your products. You can select which events will trigger a Notification. Messages can be sent to a single contact or to a large distribution list. Contacts can include any combination of telephone numbers, email addresses, or Text Messaging enabled cell phones and PDAs.

Voice Notifications are a combination of pre-recorded and text-to-speech messages. Text-To-Speech allows you to receive real-time status information.
Notifications can also use an Escalated Contact List. For example, the system only calls the second contact in the Escalation List if the first contact does not acknowledge. This allows a higher level support person or manager to be notified only if the event has not been handled.

X-Voice is a new feature that allows access to our voice notification system from your network to ours. X-Voice Notifications can be used even if you are not using our Device Hosting solution. A simple XML file can be posted to one of our Voice Servers to trigger a Notification. The XML file contains the details on the contacts to be notified and the escalation settings if any. Many companies want advanced notification services including Voice Notifications, but do not have the time or the resources to invest in inside developement or expensive IVR systems. X-Voice is the answer!
